It’s an incredible learning experience for them, and it’s so nice to walk outside and snip off some fresh herbs and pick some ripe vegetables for any meal or recipe.

Sweet Pea White Bean Dip Recipe
A White Bean Dip recipe is a quick and easy appetizer you can put together in minutes for any social occasion. But with the addition of a few fresh ingredients from your garden you can brighten it up for Spring. Grab a printable version of this recipe at the end of this post.
Ingredients
RITZ Crackers
1 15.5 oz can white beans, drained
1 cup sweet peas, steamed and cooled
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon, juiced
2-3 fresh mint leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Add one can of white beans, drained and 1 cup of sweet peas, cooked and cooled, to your food processor.
Puree until smooth. Add the clove of garlic, fresh mint leaves, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the puree.
Puree until fully blended.
Serve immediately with RITZ Crackers. For added color and flavor, garnish with loose peas and fresh lemon zest.
