I am super excited to have my friend, Deb, guest posting today. Deb is one of those mom friends I made on the Playground Parkbench… well, technically, it was the wall at MyGym while our oldest kids, then barely toddlers, played during ‘Separation Time.’ Nearly two years and another child for each of us later, we are still friends, supporting each other in our various endeavors.

Deb’s Transformation
I am a SAHM of 2 (my son will be 4 in June and my daughter is 7 months old). I have always been in shape, an athlete since I could walk. I played volleyball at a Division I college in New York. I knew the right ways to eat, the right ways to lift weights, and in my mind, I was doing it all the right way. Not until I had children did I realize the right way for me 20 years ago may not be the right way today.
I always thought I was eating healthy… salad is healthy right??
