The Best Facebook Support Groups for Moms
When facing any parenting challenge, there is no greater comfort than knowing you are not alone. One of the most powerful features of social media is being able to connect with fellow moms anywhere and gain the support of today’s modern day village. You are not the first to tackle breastfeeding or infant sleep issues, and you won’t be the last to struggle with potty training. As you stare at 12 long weeks of summer ahead of you with all your kids home all day everyday, know you are just one of millions of other mothers facing the same fate. And when you receive a scary, unexpected and even uncommon diagnosis for your child, you still are not alone.
There are always other moms out there living through exactly what you are at this very moment. The key is finding and connecting with those who are willing to listen, share and support you. Savvy moms seek and give support to fellow moms – and these support groups for moms are the savviest! Check out all the groups below organized by categories: Mom and Home Life, Practical Parenting, Kids Learning Activities, and Parenting Children with Special Needs.

Hi. I am looking for a support group that can help me.
I have 2 sons; 18 & 20. I moved away, from the town my son’s are living, to start my life over after I got divorced (3 years ago).
Since I left, my ex-husband “brainwashed” the boys, to where they will NOT talk to me. No texting, no phone calls, nothing. It is like I have NO children. Their dad just passed away and now the boys are angry at me and blaming me for all their financial problems.
Gosh………….am I the only one in this world going through this heartache. I just want my boys back.
I’m so sorry you are going through this. There’s a couple super supportive Facebook communities out there for single moms – Single Empowered Moms and Finding Joy both come to mind. I hope that helps!
Teenage and young adult years are hard – hopefully, as your boys mature, and especially once they find relationships and families of their own, they may come around again. Sending you a big virtual hug!
