One of my favorite things about the first day of school was always choosing the perfect, back-to-school outfit.  And turns out – the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!  Big M, at nearly 4, is already highly opinionated about her wardrobe choices.  So when I told her we were going to have a Mommy-Daughter date for pedicures and a little back-to-school shopping, she was thrilled!  We headed to Carter’s, for high quality, outfit sets, perfect for play and on-trend for Fall.  There were so many options she loved – I had to make her choose her favorites.

Picking the Perfect Back-to-School Outfit

I have always known Carter’s had super soft, high quality clothing for babies.  What I didn’t realize is they carry up to size 8 and shoes up to size 3y, with coordinating sibling outfits across size ranges!  The style offerings are colorful and modern, while still keeping young children dressed age appropriately.

Preschool Wardrobe Battle

My latest wardrobe struggle with Big M is she only wants to wear dresses, skirts or something that resembles a tutu.  This is tough while also putting her in clothes appropriate for playing at preschool.  The options at Carter’s did not disappoint.  She ran from one display to the next choosing her favorites.  And with great mix and match tops, leggings, dresses and skirts, there were lots of choices to keep us both happy.
